When most businesses go looking for a digital marketing agency, they end up comparing three quotes that all say roughly the same thing — SEO, social media, ads, “guaranteed growth” — and pick whichever one sounded most confident on the call. Six months later, the work rarely matches the pitch.
Yagyashri Digital runs SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads as one connected effort. We’ve seen the alternative up close: an SEO team targeting one set of keywords while the social team posts about something else entirely, and the ads running a third message that matches neither. Keeping it under one strategy means a keyword that’s working in search shows up in the ads copy and the caption too, instead of three teams pulling in three directions.
We don’t apply the same package to every client either. A restaurant, a real estate agent, and a clothing brand need different platforms and different budgets, sure, but more than that — they need a different answer to a basic question: what actually counts as a win for this business? A restaurant might care about table bookings; the real estate agent cares about a phone call, and others depend upon other things. We spend the first couple of weeks figuring that out before touching a content calendar or an ad account.
Reporting tends to be where agencies lose people’s trust — usually by leading with impressions and reach and calling that a win. We lead with enquiries, calls, and sales instead, in the months that number looks good and the ones it doesn’t.
If a keyword isn’t ranking after a fair shot, we say so and change direction rather than running the same plan for another month hoping it turns around. If an ad set is burning budget, we pause it the week we notice, not the month the report comes out. That’s occasionally an awkward call to make, but it’s a cheaper one than the alternative.
Being based here matters more than it sounds like it should. Search behaviour, competition, and what actually gets someone to walk into a shop looks different city to city, and a strategy that works in Mumbai doesn’t automatically translate to Raipur just because the service name on the invoice is identical.
Pricing works the same way — a small local business doesn’t need the same monthly budget as a brand trying to expand into three new cities, and we’d rather scope a plan around what your business can actually sustain than push a package that’s bigger than it needs to be. Some months the recommendation is to spend less on ads and put that money into fixing the website instead, because a faster site converts the traffic you already have better than more traffic to a slow one ever will.
We’re probably not the right fit for a business that wants one blog post a month and nothing else — there’s more involvement here than that. What we’re built for is a business that wants someone watching whether the numbers actually moved, and willing to say when they didn’t.
